The types of enterprise agreements are governed by Division 2, Part 2-4 of the FW Act. There are three types of enterprise agreements that can be concluded: enterprise agreements, multi-company agreements and green grassland agreements. The agreement was adopted with 87.5% yes in the choice of workers. Major enterprise agreements are with large public sector staff, such as public services, nurses, doctors, health professionals and administrators, teachers, the police and some emergency services, with a salary base of more than $1 billion. All other agreements are considered non-major enterprise agreements. When departments and agencies receive a request for union consultation with an agreement on companies with only one interest, they must review these requests and respond to these requests and their proposed response to the government (through the CBU) for review. In any application for authorisation, departments and agencies would at least expect companies with an interest rate to be taken only if, upon request: for the first time in a generation, we have a proposal for an agreement that takes important steps with regard to workload and contracts.
